Have definitely had better experiences but host was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend if ordering for pickup you specify napkins and silverware as we were in a hotel and had to go back out and get some silverware. Easy mistake when you're busy, I would just double check to make sure you get what you need.

Their food was awful when we ordered take out, like it was sitting there for hrs before it was delivered to us. I had asked for a refund and I’m still waiting on it! We’ve been to many Boston Pizza’s because it’s one of our favourite places to go, but I will be staying far away from this one!
