  While I'm glad it's Canadian competition (I hope) for the other big box grocers, I always find things picked over, empty shelves, etc My favorite fresh baked skor cookies are always gone by the time I get to the store. I get the impression only a few dozen are made and that's it. If some US competitors showed up and Superstore faded into the sunset, I wouldn't be to heartbroken!

  Decent shopping for food. Bathrooms are never clean and always seen to have 1 stall not operational (women's).

  Shelves are often bare when we go. Anything that is on sale is always sold out. I wish there were more people sticking shelves during the day. That would make it a lot better. I prefer to do a one stop grocery shop, not have to go to 2 or 3 to get everything I need.

  Have to know your prices from other stores, a lot of shelves were almost empty - on a Saturday morning!! Staff mostly helpful. Store definitely hooks you with some really good sales but you kind of pay for it buying other items

  Disappointed in my experience today. Used their click and collect and after waiting for 45 minutes for my groceries (which was fine as it was busy) I'm told that they gave my groceries to another car. Can't understand how that happens. So, what is supposed to be a convenient way to shop where I pay a fee for this convenience, I have now invested 45 minutes today and will have to wait again tomorrow. Not convenient Superstore.
  
  Update:
  Still no improvement to the terrible service from click and collect.
  Now I find that after getting home I am missing items that I have paid for.
  
  So to recap the last 2 attempts:
  1. Groceries given away and I'm forced to return the next day to get them. I had to send the clerk back in to waive the $5 click and collect fee.
  Get home, find eggs were broken. Go back in for 3rd time to get unbroken eggs.
  
  2. Get home and find missing groceries that I have paid for. Will have to go back again to sort this out.
  
  Will be asking for Store Manager. If this does not get resolved to my satisfaction I will stop using this store.
  
  If you are going to charge for a service it is not unreasonable for a consumer to think that more often then not the service will be provided error free. This is not my experience, and it is not saving me time for my money.

  Great grocery store, clean building, stocked shelves, friendly staff and low prices. Perfect one stop shopping.
